Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We currently ship within the US only. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we open international shipping.
Address changes
Reach out within one hour of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address. After that, the order is locked into our packing system and we cannot edit it. We will help you intercept or reroute through the carrier whenever possible.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office first. If it still does not turn up after 48 hours, email Support@noblepaw.us with your order number and we will help.
