Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? Free on orders over $49.99 within the US. Orders below that ship for a flat $8.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We currently ship within the US only. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we open international shipping.

Returns & The 30-Day Calm Promise

What if my pet does not love it? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We call it our 30-day calm promise. Just email Support@noblepaw.us with your order number and we will guide you through the return.

Do I need to send the original packaging? We prefer it but it is not required. As long as the product is in resellable condition, the refund goes through.

Sizing & Fit

How do I pick the right size for my pet? Each product page has a sizing chart with weight ranges. If you are between sizes, size up. Calming beds and ear muffs feel better with a touch of extra room. Unsure? Email us with your pet's breed and weight and we will recommend one.

Does the PawRelax Plush Bed fit large dogs? Yes. The bed comes in three sizes covering dogs from small breeds up to around 90 pounds [verify against your actual size range]. The raised donut rim gives them a comforting border without crowding.

Calming & Anxiety Products

Will the Ear Muffs hurt my dog's hearing? No. They gently muffle loud noises without blocking your dog's awareness entirely. Think soft pillow over the ears, not noise-canceling headphones.

How long until I see calming effects? Pets vary. Some settle into the PawRelax Bed within minutes, others take a week to fully claim it as their spot. Give it time and let your pet come to it on their own.

Care & Cleaning

Is the PawRelax Plush Bed machine washable? Yes. The cover and the inner cushion both go in on a cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. No special detergent needed.

How do I clean the Deshedding Brush? Pull the released fur off after each session and rinse the blades with warm water. Air dry. The stainless steel will not rust.

Can I change my order after it ships? We pack quickly, so changes are only possible within an hour of ordering. Email Support@noblepaw.us right away if you need to update anything.
